hi, i'm ellie. i built StratoPlanner because i needed it.
i was diagnosed with ADHD in college, after two years of asking myself why simple things felt so heavy. once i understood my brain, i went looking for a planner built for it. it needed to exist, so i made it, together with clinical psychologists at Duke's ADHD Center for Women and Girls and 80+ people who share this brain.
everything in StratoPlanner, i use myself. every page exists because of a specific piece of neuroscience research or a conversation with someone whose brain runs on novelty, urgency, interest, and accountability — not guilt or willpower.
the physical planner is disc-bound and modular because switching between layouts mid-week keeps the system alive. the digital version exists because not everyone has room on their desk, and because iPad annotation apps are the perfect intersection of structure and novelty that ADHD brains crave.
the layouts are proof that your brain isn't broken. traditional planners run on assumptions that don't match the way you operate. this one does.
i am proud of myself. and i'm proud of what we built together.
